Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Also included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Additional materials released as part of the ongoing oversight process.
